Rebranding & Campaign Proposal: Ploughcroft Tea Room

Rebranding & Campaign Proposal:
Ploughcroft Tea Room
The objective of this project was to rebrand The Ploughcroft Tea Room by choosing new brand colors and fonts, in addition to creating a new logo. The second part of this project consisted of creating a campaign of three deliverables to help Ploughcroft celebrate 20 years of business with the local community with an event and point-of-purchase items. My partners and I chose to give Ploughcroft a modern, vintage look with light, fresh new colors. The deliverables we chose consisted of a Mother's Day Tea event, a cookbook, and a new teabag design available for purchase.
For more information on the process of this project, read our case study document.
The tea bag designs were designed by myself. They feature the three most popular English tea flavors. The design remains consistent across all bags, but the background design changes according to the flavors. The goal is that these tea bags would be available for purchase at Ploughcroft and the Farmer's Market.
The Mother's Day event designs were designed by team member Summer Stubblebine. The purpose of the event is to invite Lynchburg mothers and their daughters via Instagram to a tea party. The tea party serves the purpose of helping to celebrate Ploughcroft's 20 years of success and increase brand awareness.
The cookbook was designed by team member Jael Vogt. The purpose of this cookbook is so that the Lynchburg community can experience Ploughcroft beyond their storefront. This deliverable allows customers to bring Ploughcroft to their homes and communities. The design is simple and shows favorite recipes from Ploughcroft's menu.
This is the new logo, featured both in color and black & white.
Depending on what the logo is placed on, the type of colored logo that looks best will be used.
